New year Resolution and goals for 2013
Write more
When I was at school, I have to admit I hated writing and English class. I was far from focused at school, very much different from today, and I even enjoy writing now. I’m not talking about writing books or anything substantial but more blog posts and articles. In 2012 I had a few web design articles accepted and published on some very popular sites. They say you learn a lot by writing and thats what i find. I love learning and enjoy writing. Win win.
Increase revenue by 20%
More income required for toys. I picked up some great clients in 2012 with Media Surgery. Unfortunately they cannot be stated the work was for other design agencies. This is just how small web agencies and white labelling works. Increasing revenue per year for any small business should be a target and 20% is attainable. It will help to pay the ever increasing costs with inflation and staying in Britain as well as some boys toys.
Sell a product
I’ve been helping clients selling their products and services for a number of years. I’d love to sell my own. I’m also not looking to sell in vast quantities, more like small pet project. I love improving Conversion rate and traffic with client sites so why not set something up and go for it? It’s just finding the time to commit to something like this. Probably the hardest goal.
Lose weight gain muscle
My figure is fine but losing a stone in weight and putting on half in muscle would be ideal. Eating slightly more healthier and maintaining gym appearances should make this possible, even in a few months.
